January Cara Box

Awesome things in the mail + Meeting new women + Encouragement = Cara Box

Each month, those who have signed up are paired up with another blogger who they then send emails back and forth to get to know each other, and will crazily stalk their blog...in the most non-creepy way.

Towards the middle of the month you create a box or package, specifically for the person you are paired with, and ship it off to her & she will do the same for you.

January's theme was "Resolutions". Everyone was supposed to get to know their partners and create a box that would encourage each other to follow the Resolutions they made for themselves.
My beautiful partners were Samantha & Angela I got to know Samantha and sent her a box.  I had followed her blog for a while and I loved to get to know her better!  I'm a little obsessed with her! You can visit her blog to see what I sent her! Angela got to know me and sent me the most wonderful box to help me stick to some of my goals.

I actually didn't make any resolutions.  I don't really think there is a point and would rather work towards being a better person at all points throughout the year.  So instead, Angela used my 101 in 1001 challenge (which ends this year!) to inspire my box!
It was so adorable and so very thoughtful.  When I opened the box (which was taped with pink polka dot packaging tape, I might add!) I found an adorable pink note and a list of what was inside and why she included it!

I may have to start including a cute note like this in the boxes I send from now on!

How awesome is my box?!  There is not one thing that I don't LOVE!  I am so excited to make up the bread in a jar and use my Bonefish Grill gift certificate for some Bang-Bang shrimp!  My favorite!  And it was so thoughtful for her to include something for the pups!  It is definitely all about them and they've already gotten started on ripping the stuffing out of that toy as is their norm. :)
